It’s your story. Accept it or adjust it.
① Tell yourself the truth. The truth is” just” the truth.
② Feel it. Whatever” it” is. Pain, Rage. Grief. Shock, Confusion. Despair. These emotions and the stories they tell can heal or harm you. How would you rather see it?
③ Claim the lesson. What changed then? What do you want to change now? Why? What will happen? What other ways can you make that happen?
④ Let yourself be cranky as you expend the energy to do things differently. You’re not on autopilot anymore. It takes energy to pay attention, but it gets easier. You get better at it.
You get stronger & wiser.
Rule of thumb: Start with how you want to feel. Feeling is a wave of frequency, a certain tone of your song.
